01 / What we build

We build software small enough to be finished, and then keep it working for years rather than replacing it every eighteen months. Scope is the constraint that makes that possible, so we choose it deliberately rather than apologise for it.

We are paid by the people using the software, which is the whole reason we can build it this way. Nothing here is funded by advertising, by attention, or by a third party paying for access to the people on the other side of it.

The first thing we are shipping is Lektava, a catalogue for the books you actually own, lent out and titled in whatever script they were printed in. It runs on the web today.
