These terms cover latenari.com and the paid plans of products sold under the Latenari name. A product's own terms add what is specific to it.
01 / Who these terms are with
In these terms, Latenari, we and us mean the operator of latenari.com and of the products sold under the Latenari name. You means the person using the site or buying a plan.
By buying a paid plan you accept these terms and the product's own terms. Where the two differ, the product's terms govern that product.
02 / Purchases through Paddle
Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller. Paddle is the merchant of record for every order: it is the seller named on your receipt, it processes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice.
Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase, and Paddle can help with any billing question.
03 / Prices and renewal
Prices are listed on our pricing page and on each product's own site, in US dollars. The price, billing period and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. If a price changes, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
04 / Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refund requests follow our refund policy and Paddle's refund policy. Nothing in these terms reduces a statutory right to cancel or to a refund that applies where you live.
05 / Using the products
A paid plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the product within that plan's limits for the period you have paid for. You keep ownership of the content you add.
Do not use a product to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, probe or overload the service, or get around its plan limits. We may suspend or close an account that does.
06 / Changes and availability
Our products change over time. We may add, change or remove features, and we will tell you in advance about a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes.
We work to keep every product available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.
07 / This website
The words, layout and mark on latenari.com are protected work. You may link to its pages and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. Please do not republish the site or present it as your own.

08 / Liability
Our products are provided with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for a product will not exceed what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
