We sell nothing here, so there is nothing to contract over. What follows covers this website and nothing else.
01 / What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of latenari.com. They are not a contract for a product or a service, because we offer neither from this site. If we ever sell something under this name it will carry its own terms, and they will not be these.
Reading a page is not a signature, and we do not pretend that it is.
02 / Who is behind it
We offer these terms as Latenari. Our name is not attached to a person or an address anywhere on this site, which is deliberate, and it means these terms identify no party in the way a contract normally would.
If you need to know who is responsible for this site, for a legal purpose or any other, ask at hello@latenari.com and we will tell you.
03 / What is on the site
The text, the layout, the mark and the code of this site are our own work, and we reserve the copyright in them. Quote it, link to it, cite it, take it apart to see how it works. Do not republish it whole, and do not present it as your own work.
The two typefaces are the exception. We use Fraunces and Karla under the SIL Open Font License, version 1.1, and that license travels with them.
04 / No warranty, and no promises
We publish this site as it is, with no warranty of any kind. Nothing on it is advice, legal, financial or otherwise. Nothing on it is a promise that anything described will exist, ship, or work.
The dates on these pages say when we last checked a statement to be true, not that it is still true today.
05 / Links away from here
We link to no other site today. If we add one it is not an endorsement, and we do not control what sits on the far side of it.
06 / What this page cannot do
A conventional terms page names a country whose law governs it. Ours does not, and if there were ever a dispute, where it would be heard is a question for a court rather than for this page.
That silence is only tenable because of how little happens here. We sell nothing, we collect nothing, and there is no account to lose. The moment any of that changes this page stops being adequate, and we will have to replace it with terms naming a party and a jurisdiction, written by someone qualified to write them.
These terms can change. We keep no list of readers to notify, so the date below is the notice.
